M usic is a powerful force and undoubtedly has a great effect on humans . There are many scientific facts as to what exactly happens and why the brain and body reacts as it does. Music has the capacity to energize and increase your endurance, to shift your mood, to influence the way you think about things, and most importantly; to boost your motivation. The next time you are working on a tedious task or just need some motivation to get going, simply turn on one of your favorite “up-beat” tracks with a little volume, and literally feel the magic happen.
